TESTING EQUIPMENT REPAIR
EACH calibration division can tailor their calibration system
to meet your specific needs and offer a ‘Fastrack’
system for a speedy turnaround.
To further improve our ISO9002 Accredited Calibration Service
we offer a fully diarised calibration recall reminder, advising
you 4-8 weeks prior to the re-calibration date of your equipment.
For local collections and deliveries we offer a free scheduled
delivery service ensuring delivery between 8am and 12 noon,
Monday to Friday.
Standard next day delivery within the UK by 12 noon or for more
urgent deliveries next day by 10am.
TESTING EQUIPMENT REPAIR : FLOW DIVISION
A FULL repair and refurbishment service on flow meters
and anemometers is offered, we can also undertake site work
and tank calibration.
Our service and calibration section is equipped with proving
tanks and primary standard meters traceable to national or international
standards. This enables us to calibrate and certificate meters,
which are used, for fiscal measurement by customs and excise,
for both on and off site work. We have five master meters covering
flow rates to 2500 lpm. We also have the facility to calibrate
anemometers with an airflow capacity of up to 2000 lpm.
All calibration and certification is carried out by our technical
trained technicians through approved procedures and can be tailored
to meet your specific needs.
TESTING EQUIPMENT REPAIR : ELECTRICAL DIVISION
ELECTRICAL calibration incorporates a Fluke Multi product calibration
system, which offers an excellent range of dc and low frequency
coverage, together with ac/dc voltage, current and power, resistance,
capacitance and temperature.
We have a fully air-conditioned laboratory enabling us to control
the working environment. This assists accuracy and repeatability,
which is particularly important in current and resistance testing.
Calibration and certification is carried out by our technical
trained technicians, through approved procedures, ensuring traceablitiy
to national or international standards. Our calibration system
can be tailored to meet you specific needs.
TESTING EQUIPMENT REPAIR : MECHANICAL DIVISION
A FULL repair and refurbishment service to Pressure gauges,
Calibrators, Dead weight testers and Rotary joints is available.
We can also undertake site work and hydrostatic testing.
Our enhanced calibration system automatically prints and stores
certificates, improving turn around time and giving you the
best possible service.
All Calibration and certification is carried out by our trained
technicians, through-approved procedures ensuring traceability
to national or international standards.
TESTING EQUIPMENT REPAIR : ANALYTICAL DIVISION
OUR qualified service technicians are on hand for technical
assistance, service, repair and calibration to a wide range
of Audio and Environmental instrumentation.
Our gas laboratory is fully equipped for the calibration of
most types of Gas Detectors, our capability covers the most
commonly found toxic gases such as Carbon monoxide and Hydrogen
sulphide, as well as the more difficult ones such as Hydrogen
cyanide, Sulphur dioxide and Nitrogen dioxide. Flammable gas
and oxygen calibration is also available.
All calibration and certification is carried out by our trained
technicians, through approved procedures, ensuring traceability
to national or international standards. In addition we offer
the calibration service for noise monitoring class 1 and 2 equipment.
